Sheba Isreal, is an IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach. This wife, mother of 6, homeschooler, COO of a family owned healthy beverage company, and passionate wellness educator, is a self described “butcher, baker and candlestick maker.” To say that she’s busy is an understatement. But it's also one of the reasons she chose to practice as a wellness professional. Because Sheba knows what it's like to get out of sync with living a healthy, balanced lifestyle from time to time, she relishes supporting other women and their families with the sometimes overwhelming task of creating healthy habits for optimal health.
Sheba's passion for sharing over a decade worth of knowledge about health and wellness is why she has regularly been invited to speak and facilitate workshops for Girl Trek Atlanta: Southside Sistah’s, United Medical and Business Institute, College Park Tumbleweeds Gymnastics, the YMCA, Atlanta Fulton County Library and act as guest wellness expert on radio/podcast, both in the US and Canada. She is our resident "healthy habits guru and lives by the mantra that "Disease is not hereditary. Habits are. So when you change your habits, you change your life."-Sheba Israel
